Carry Me

Carry Me is a sad story about life and death. I wrote it not long after my daughter was born. We were walking across an overgrown field not far from our house on a summer afternoon and I was struck with an overwhelming sense of my own mortality. When I got home I wrote a short synopsis and then spent the next few weeks drawing it straight into my sketchbook.
